These came in perfect condition. I had made a mistake on the address and it was corrected promptly. The Orchids are still as beautiful as day one a week out.

Mom said they were beautiful. No picture (unfortunately) so not sure what she received.

Question on order tho - had ordered yellow Obsidian and was notified they weren’t available. I okayed a substitute (at same cost per stem) but never received confirmation on what was actually sent.

The stems arrived in perfect condition.

The flowers were a gift to say a very special thank you to a treasured colleague for all she does to keep us healthy and exercising while working from home. The most of the flowers arrived and they were fresh, arrived on time and were vibrant. I noticed some of the flowers and leaves were not in this shipment when a picture was sent out to say "thank you"! All it took was one e-mail to let Blooms of Hawaii know on a Wednesday and on Friday the rest of the order was delivered.

The next email was OMG! OMG! they are beautiful and if you thought they were pretty before - wait until I send you a new picture with all the flowers.

I would use Blooms of Hawaii again and again, their customer service was exceptional and the flowers are exotic, fresh and make a statement.
