White Dendrobium Orchids

I know my husband already sent in a review but I would like to update it. I am so happy with this gift of the lovely flowers. We ordered 10 sprays of the white dendrobium orchids ("long" length). They have lasted beyond my expectations. Here's a picture after 4 weeks. Every 2 days, I take them out of the vase and rinse the bottom of the stems. Sometimes there is some "slime" on the bottom of some of the stems. I also thoroughly rinse the vase. I fill the vase with fresh water. Next I trim off about 1/2" from the stems (sometimes more if any decay is present). I also cut off any blooms that are "fading". In the past, we had used another company out of Hawaii. In the beginning, the flowers lasted a long time that has has changed in the last 5 years. We decided to try Blooms of Hawaii and I am so happy with the results. Thank you for sending such beautiful flowers for my anniversary present.

I wanted to send some orchids to my aunt in Washington for Easter and of course waited until the week of to make time to do it. Ordered online and asked for shipment to be sent asap. The orchids were delivered two days later and were a delightful surprise for my aunt.
