Please follow these steps if you are having an issue with an order.
1. Your order is delayed
Please call Fedex at 1-800-463-3339 with your tracking number. They will be able to assist you with your delivery.
2. Your order is lost, stolen or got damaged in transit.
If you added the shipping protection ( it is automatically added to your order unless you removed/unchecked the box), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you on how to get reimbursed.
3. Your flowers are damaged or you are unhappy with your order.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your concerns and describe your issue and include images if possible. We will get back with you in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind that there is a 3-6 hour time difference, depending on where you are located, and be mindful of the hours.
