Agreement to Terms

By ordering, you agree to the terms of our Shipping and Order Policy to the exclusion of any other written or verbal terms.

Bloomsofhawaii will  not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipment due to weather conditions, incorrect address provided, labor disputes or any other kind of disruption during transportation.

By agreeing to our terms you also agree that you have read our shipping instructions & Policies.

If you request a refund you must do so within 48 hours of receipt of flowers. A full or partial refund can be requested if you are unhappy with the quality of our flowers. Please submit a photo of the flowers you wish to be refunded for. If the flowers are delayed or mishandled by FedEx and do not arrive within the regular time frame and the delay is beyond our control and causes damage on the flowers, we do not assume liability if the flowers are not fresh and no guarantees are given.
If you request a refund, we will file a claim with FedEx first and once they approve/deny the claim we will inform you. 

All deliveries will be shipped without signature required. If you would like to obtain a signature, please contact Bloomsofhawaii. 

Bloomsofhawaii reserves the right to substitute any flowers that are unavailable with similar flowers of equal or higher value.

A 10% administration fee will be applied to cancelled orders.
