Following is some Information that we are most often asked. If your question isn't answered here, contact us at

Please remember that Hawaii is 6 Hours behind the east coast, and 3 hours behind the west coast.
 You can reach us by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm Hawaii Standard Time. You can send us an email at any time, and it will be answered immediately in most cases, 7 days a week.

 

Q: When should I place my order?

We recommend you ordering your Leis as early as possible to make sure your desired Lei is in Stock. We can take last minute orders for the Single Purple Lei, for all other Leis we require 3-4 Days advance notice.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
FedEx delivers to most areas by 5 PM. FedEx will not specify a time, or deliver before or after a certain time. We do not know when the flowers will be delivered, this is entirely up to Fedex. You will receive a Tracking number by the end of the shipping day.

Q: How are the leis packed?
We pack all leis in specially-reinforced boxes.  According to handling requirements for Leis we include:
-Coolant or foam packing as necessary at no extra charge.
-Ice pack to keep leis fresh
-Wrapped in florist's plastic sheets or wax paper, loose enough for good air-flow.

Q: How do I care for the leis once I receive them?
Once you receive the Leis, sprinkle them with water and place in refrigerator. You may also place them in a bag or container.

Q: How do I confirm the status of my order?

Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. Please check that all information is correct. When the flowers have shipped, we will mail you an email with a tracking number.

Q: What if the leis or flowers I ordered are not in stock?

We may have to substitute with a similar lei should your lei not be available. Should this be the case, we will contact you before shipping.

Q: When will my Order be shipped?

You will need to specify a delivery date at Check-Out. Please read our shipping Instructions to make sure your date is available. We highly recommend that you chose the day before your event as your arrival date.

Q: When will my Flowers arrive?

We ship out orders Monday thru Thursday. Depending on your destination and Delivery method chosen, your lei will arrive within 1-2 business days. Please read our shipping instructions. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time as this is entirely up to Fedex and their schedule that day.

Q: How will my Leis & Flowers be shipped?
We ship all Leis & Flowers with Fedex. Unless otherwise instructed, the package will be left without signature required if no one is home. You may track your shipment online and check if your package is out for Delivery. We recommend to send shipment to a location where someone can receive the package so that the Leis don't get damaged if left outside.
