California deliveries: Please be advised that Gingers, Bird of paradise and some other flowers and leaves may be substituted with other tropicals due to strict Agricultural Inspection in CA. As always Blooms of Hawaii ships lovely flowers. The flowers I received for the Kona Sunset bouquet are great, but several are substitutions and not as pretty as I would have liked. Nevertheless, the arrangement is very striking and holding up well.
